Observations by our VSNET team successfully detected early afterglows of GRB021004 and GRB030329. The observational picture of GRB afterglows has been changing from the static fading to the fading with recurring variations thanks to these observations. In GRB021004, we first revealed the afterglow light curve ~ 0.05 day (time after the burst). Our observations revealed the existence of a short plateau phase which lasted for about 2 hours from 0.024 to 0.10 d. In GRB030329, our observation detected complicated structures on the power-law fading even in early times of >~ 0.05 d. As well as large bumps (0.3-0.5 mag) observed until 6 d, two sub-bumps appear to be superimposed on an early bump around 0.4 d. These early observations provides new hints to re-construct a model of GRB afterglows: early afterglow emission of <~ 0.1 d may be affected by the transition through the maximum of forward shock emission. The long-lived, large amplitude variations in GRB030329 indicate that additional energy was supplied for the shock region.
