The neutrino oscillation in GRB fireballs is studied by assuming the fireball as a plasma of photons and electrons-positrons. We show that, in this medium, only the ve <--> vμ,τ oscillation can take place resonantly depending on the fireball parameters. On the other hand the ve <--> vμ,τ oscillation is supressed. In most of the models for producing the GRB, the central engine will produce more ve and ve then vμ, vτ and the corresponding anti-neutrinos. When these propagate through the fireball, they will undergo resonant conversion from one type to another and because of the higher flux of ve, the probability of obtaining vμ and vτ will be higher then in the reverse process, thus enhancing the fluxes of vμs and vτs.
