The observed properties of a sample of triple galaxies drawn from two catalogs of galaxy groups are analyzed. The triple systems were broken down into probably physical and probably optical triplets. The distributions of the ensemble of these systems according to size, velocity dispersion, and virial mass were found, and the corresponding median values were determined. Statistical estimates revealed substantial hidden mass in the systems under study. The configuration properties of the triplets were investigated. Our sample was compared to Karachentsev's triplets. The triplets in our sample are shown to differ from Karachentsev's by their appreciably larger sizes; in this respect, they may be called wide, whereas those of Karachentsev are compact.
