Descriptions, positions, and finding charts are presented for 104 apparent emission-line galaxies and 131 quasar candidates. They were detected optically using the 61 cm aperture Curtis Schmidt telescope at the Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory. This discovery list contains sources to continuum magnitude 18.5 or fainter, which are located in the roughly 225 square degree region of sky with 1950 equatorial coordinates llh.3 ≲ α ≲ 14h.3 and -2°5 ≲ δ ≲ +2°.5. Information given for each object includes the 1950 position, an estimated continuum magnitude, a redshift estimate when feasible, alternate designations (if they exist) resulting from membership in other compilations, and (for galaxies) a spectral classification which involves compactness, color and line-strength parameters.
