Visual and photographic observations of transient lunar phenomena associated with Aristarchus are discussed. Possible albedo variations under earthshine, eclipse, and high-solar-illumination conditions are reported along with transient ray projections from the crater and color variations at its northwest and southwest corners. It is concluded that these phenomena are real and may be associated with solar activity.
