A combined catalog of proper motions for 303 long-period variable stars is compiled. Their kinematic characteristics and elements of Galactic orbits as a function of age are determined on the basis of the catalog's data, radial velocities, and estimates of distances. The Galactic rotation constant A (in km/s kpc) and the age T (in 10 exp 9 yr) are related as: A = (-2.4 +/- 0.8)T + (32 +/- 2), i.e., for old stars the Galactic rotation law approximates the rigid body law, and at the time of their formation (not less than 10 exp 10 yr) the Galaxy had a more regular mass distribution.
