Two groups of globular clusters were previously delineated on the basis of the structure of their horizontal branches in color-magnitude diagrams. Residual-radial-velocity dispersions are calculated for these two groups in the framework of a galactic-rotation model based on all globular clusters with known radial velocities. The dispersions obtained are found to reflect substantial kinematic and dynamic differences between the two groups as well as between certain subgroups. Significant differences are also observed in deviations from the relation between cluster absolute magnitude and the concentration of stars toward the cluster center. The role of tidal forces in determining cluster structure is briefly considered.
