In this paper the key points of neutrino resonant oscillations are considered in terms of (1) wave packets of neutrino eigenstates and (2) flavours (flavour decomposition) of neutrino eigenstates. Experiments that measure the mass difference and the mixing angle of the eigenstates using matter filters such as the Sun, collapsing stars and the Earth are discussed.
