Findings are summarized that confirm the existence of an angular anisotropy of the Hubble 'constant' between the I and II regions. The discussion leans heavily on the work of Rubin, Rubin and Ford (1973). The data obtained by Le Denmat and Vigier with type I supernovae bear strongly on the confirmation. The distribution of redshifts in the sky, with account taken for information on Markarian galaxies, plays an integral part in this theory.
