Nucleosynthesis in a geometrically thick accretion disk around a 10 Msun black hole is calculated with use of a nuclear reaction network which contains the elements up to Ge. The constructed disk model is in hydrostatical equilibrium supported predominantly by radiation pressure and has a stationary flow with a supercritical accretion rate. The α parameter is used in taking into account viscosity inside the disk. When α becomes as low as 10-10, the maximum temperature reaches 4.2 109 K in the central region of the disk. A considerable amount of elements up to 56Fe can be produced deep inside the disk.
