The light curves of a double-lined spectroscopic and eclipsing binary, ER Vul, obtained in 1984 and 1985 at the Ege University Observatory, are presented, and the possible causes of the light curve variations observed during this period are discussed. The activity of the ER Vul system in this period varied widely. Four different light curves in each color were obtained in 1984, and three in 1985. A wavelike distortion was found to be superimposed on each light curve, with an amplitude between 0.02 and 0.08 mag, and with a period of migration of about 8-9 months. The light fluctuations, which are the major feature of the ER Vul, are considered to be related to the wave minima (e.g., spotted regions) of the components.
