The original Lyttleton and Bondi (1959) model describes the process of continuous creation of matter taking place as a result of the net imbalance of charge in the the universe. In this paper, open and closed Robertson-Walker-type universes are developed. In this solution, only the electromagnetic field makes a contribution to the energy-momentum tensor; thus, the solution corresponds to a source-free Einstein-Maxwell solution.
