We present Chandra observation of the giant molecular cloud Sgr B2 at the Galactic center region. With high spatial resolution of Chandra, we can resolve 17 point sources from 3' x 3.5′ region inside of the cloud. In particular, we detect a few sources from the Sgr B2M core, including the possible counterpart of IRAS 17441-2822 with the large absorption of about 1024 H cm-2. We also obtain the detailed structure of the diffuse emission, which shows a convex shape pointed towards Galactic nucleus Sgr A*. The spectrum of the diffuse emission is very peculiar; it exhibits the very strong neutral iron line with the equivalent width of above 1 keV and the large absorption of about 1024 H cm-2. These features support the ``X-ray reflection nebula" hypothesis, in which the cloud is irradiated by an external X-ray source and emits fluorescent and scattered X-rays. We also argue the contribution of the point sources inside the cloud to the fluorescent X-rays, and reveal the past activities of the Galactic center.
