The author examines a simple distribution of supernova remnants in the spiral arms as given by the percolation theory. He then produces computer simulations of the permitted critical frequency of the electrons (or protons) that diffusing away from the active zones emit synchrotron radiation. A simple model as given by the random walk is assumed for the diffusion in the galactic plane and in the halo.
