Photoelectric observations of the eclipsing binaries V364 Cas and MM Cas obtained in the UBV system with the 104-cm and 56-cm telescopes at Uttar Pradesh State Observatory during 1980-1982 are reported. The data are presented in light curves, finding charts, and tables. The periods of V364 Cas and MM Cas are found to be 1.5430694 d (twice that reported by Perova, 1957) and 1.15847 d, respectively.
