Sixty candidates for globular clusters of the M 81 galaxy were found on a set of B and V plates taken with the 6-m telescope. A list of candidates, their morphological classes, and a common finding chart are presented. The total expected number of M 81 globular clusters is probably between 100 and 150. A comparison is made between observed radial globular cluster candidates of M 81 and those of M 31.
