The phase stability of the improved lambda 8-cm radioheliograph at Toyokawa was measured. For this purpose and phase adjustment of real time phase error detector was developed. The detector can measure phase errors of N-S 16-element array within a few minutes with an accuracy of 0.5 deg. From the results of this measurement, it was made clear that the phase stability of 5 deg rms is attainable for 16-element array in the improved system.
