Results of observations of the compact radio structure of SS433 for periods of 9 and 10 h at a wavelength of 6 cm on January 9 and June 1-2, 1980, monitored with the European VLBI network, are presented. The radio structure orientation is compared with the prediction of SS433 models derived from observations of optical emission lines showing that at the 100-200 m arc s the structure varies in orientation in a manner consistent with the 164-day precession period. The shape of the radio structure is elongated and nonlinear.
