Analytical expressions are derived for the integral circular polarization of spectral lines that is produced under the influence of a nonuniform magnetic field and nonuniform macroscopic velocity field. The integral circular polarization is obtained as a function of the gradients of these fields and as a function of the line strength for different profiles of the absorption coefficient.
