The present study analyzes the flow in the boundary layer of a very hot two-component plasma when the radiative heat flux is given by the exact integral equation expression. The basic integro-differential equation is solved by perturbing it around the differential approximation for radiation. An error of about 4 percent is found to arise when the differential approximation is invoked.
