Spatially-homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type-II and type-III cosmological solutions were obtained in Barber's (1982) second theory of gravitation both in vacuum and in the presence of perfect fluid with pressure equal to energy density. The models represent Bianchi type-II and Bianchi type-III vacuum and anisotropic Zel'dovich universes in self-creation cosmology.
