SAO has organized a major campaign to observe flare star AD Leo on May 7-9 with the HST, IUE, ROSAT and GINGA satellites, the VLA and Arecibo radio telescopes and other ground-based facilities. AAVSO observers have been invited to participate.
Recent observations of supernova 1991T in NGC 4527 have been reported. It currently is averaging 11.6 magnitude.
Recent visual observations of Nova Herculis 1991 have it fading from 12.7 to 13.5.
Nova Mensae 1991 in the LMC is averaging around 9.0 magnitude.
