Observed short timescales variability of the X-ray luminosity of Active Galactic Nuclei shows no characteristic frequency omega in the range of 0.00001 to 0.001 Hz. It is shown that for any kind of intrinsic variability in the innermost part of accretion disks orbiting around black holes the observed variability pattern is influenced in the short timescale range by the relativistic rotation of the disk and Doppler beaming.
