For successful observation of optical emission from gamma-ray bursts
(GRBs), one should monitor the sky continuously to be independent from
space-borne telescopes. According to this idea we have developed a Wide
Field Optical Camera with high temporal resolution and software for
real-time detection of fast optical transients in a wide field.
