This lecture is an introduction to radio imaging at millimeter and
sub-millimeter wavelengths. The emission from interstellar sources and
the absorption by the Earth's atmosphere are briefly discussed. The
basic concepts of instrumental transfer function, visibility, noise and
image deconvolution are presented.
