The photoelectric UBV colors of 96 very blue stars from the lists of Rubin et al. (1971, 1974) have been observed. At least half the program stars appear to be young luminous objects at large distances from the galactic center. Fifteen stars have apparent distances of over 30 kpc from the center and would be significant probes of galactic structure if their distances could be confirmed from spectra. On the other hand, these 15 stars may all be relatively nearby subluminous objects. In this case, the distribution of young stars seems to end at about 22 kpc from the galactic center.
