We discuss results of the thermal structure of models of steady accretion disks, irradiated by their central stars, in which dust sublimation, growth and settling is taken into account self-consistently. The models are constrained by comparison with different observations of Classical T Tauri Stars with ages between 1 and 10 million years. The implications of these models for the interpretation of planetary data is also discussed.
