We highlight recent developments in the Europen VLBI Network. There have been significant improvements in the calibration of the EVN in the last 18 months. These include continuous Tsys monitoring, regular amplitude calibration observations, and improved station positions. User experiments are automatically pipelined and the results are put on the EVN web pages. Upon request, a preliminary pipeline image of the target source is also provided. The calibration tables can be downloaded and applied by the user, significantly reducing the time needed to calibrate the datasets.
