A survey has been made in the SiO J=2-1 (ν=1) transition at 86.243 GHz and J=2-1 (ν=0) transition at 86.846 GHz with the Mopra radiotelescope and the SEST telescope for color-selected IRAS sources in the galactic disk with detected OH maser emission. A comparison between NVSS survey images show that radio continuum sources are spatially associated with radio positions of the brightest SiO masers. A few sources show hot blackbody temperatures with T>300 K and broad thermal wings are seen underlying the main SiO maserline at 3 mm.
