In our original article, the equation (1) given for calculating the H2O maser luminosity (LH2O) is incorrect. The correct version of this equation isLH2O=4πd22k/(ηaAp)ν/cT*Adv=1.6×10-9Lsolar(d/160 pc)2((T*Adv)/(1 K km s-1))((ηa)/0.65)-1. (1)
This correction requires that all the LH2O values in Tables 2 and 4, as well as those in captions of Figures 43-46, should be multiplied by a factor of 1.0×103.
In spite of this correction, we believe that our H2O maser survey remains one of the most sensitive surveys.
In addition, we correct the following inconsistency between the tables and the main text. In § 4.3.16, the distance to GF 9-2 should be 200 pc and the LSR velocity of the masers to be 5.7 km s-1. The distance listed in Table 4 and the LSR velocity in Table 2 are correct.
Finally, the coordinates of L1551-IRS 5 in Table 1 are incorrectly given in epoch J2000, instead of B1950. The correct B1950 coordinates are R.A. = 04h28m40.24s, decl. = 18°01'41.9".
