Seven lunar plagioclases from Mare Fecunditatis (An 86, An 89), Mare Crisium (An 92, An 94, An 96), and the lunar highlands (An 92, An 98) are investigated roentgenographically. The results are used to refine the lattice parameters of the plagioclases and to determine the type of c-reflex involved. Knowledge of the latter makes it possible to qualitatively evaluate the thermal history of the samples. Information obtained on the structure of the samples is then used in petrologic determinations.
