We present the results of temperature, entropy and mass distributions in about 30 galaxy groups (kT = 0.8-2.7 keV) based on Chandra data. Only relaxed systems are chosen for our study, excluding those dynamically young systems. The decline of gas temperature from 0.1 r_500 has been found to be very common. Entropy profiles with various slopes at the cluster center have been found and we compare the central entropy distribution with the radio luminosity of the cluster cD galaxy. The mass profiles have also be derived. Interesting groups in the sample (e.g., low surface brightness hot groups) are also discussed.
