Investigation of magnetic field effects in wave propagation on the Sun is very important for developing robust local helioseismology techniques and diagnostics of subsurface magnetic fields. We have developed a complete 3D MHD numerical model to investigate how magnetic fields affect wave properties and helioseismology measurements in realistic solar conditions. We investigate the variations of wave amplitudes, wavelengths, phase shifts and travel times in various models of magnetic field structures in the solar convection zone and atmosphere. A particular attention is paid to the so-called "inclined field effect", which is of significant interest for time-distance and holography techniques. The simulation results are compared with the observational data.
