Observations of the linear polarization in the UBV passbands of the X-ray binaries HD 77581 and HD 153919 and of the close binary HD 152667 are presented. The degree of polarization of all three binary stars shows significant time variations with a total amplitude around 0.3%. For HD 153919, the power spectrum of polarization variations shows a conspicuous maximum at the expected frequency corresponding to the orbital semiperiod.
