Kinematics of two-photon creation and annihilation processes, i.e. definition and transformations of momenta and energies of particles and photons when the transition from arbitrary frame to the center-of-mass frame and back, is considered in detail. The possibility of double values of the particle momenta in some directions when the pair is creating is discovered. The interpretation and the method to avoid this non-uniqueness are given. The invariant and the most convenient for calculation various integrals variables are exposed. Then the differential and full cross-sections of the processes are quoted and the mean annihilation photon frequencies and the dispersion of their frequency are obtained.
