The numerical and analytical models of chemical evolution that take into account the effects of non-selective heavy-element losses due to ordinary galactic wind and of selective losses due to enriched galactic wind are calculated for irregular galaxies. The effects of ordinary galactic wind and of enriched galactic wind on the galaxy evolution prove to be quite different. The ordinary galactic wind diminishes the galactic mass, whereas the enriched one changes relative abundances of heavy elements in the galactic interstellar medium.
