We triggered target-of-opportunity observations of the field of PTF11kly (ATEL #3581) with the Swift satellite (see also ATEL #3584). Observations with the UV-Optical Telescope (UVOT) were taken in all 6 broadband filters (V, B, U, UVW1, UVM2, and UVW2) beginning at 22:08 UT on 24 August 2011. The supernova is detected in all filters. Neglecting any underlying contribution from the host galaxy M101, we measure the following AB magnitudes at this epoch.
