Supergiant Fast X-ray Transients (SFXTs) are a newly-discovered class of x-ray binary with short outbursts (timescale of hours) and late O to early B supergiant companions. They are not persistently bright, but the nature of their quiescence or low-level variability is unknown due to a lack of high-sensitivity observations. We propose long pointings to the two best-studied SFXTs and a third object, XTE J1743-363, which seems to be transitional between SFXTs and persistent supergiant HMXBs. We will thus characterize the nature of low-level emission in SFXTs and enable future searches for new SFXT systems in quiescence using archival Newton/2MASS/Spitzer data.
