Singly-peaked asymmetric Lyα emission are frequently seen in the spectra of starburst galaxies. We consider the expanding dusty supershell model that surrounds the central star cluster. A sophisticated Monte Carlo code reveals that, in dust-free cases, Lyα photons are redshifted whenever they are back-scattered, and so efficiently escape the system to form a series of emission peaks at the red part of the systemic redshift. However, a majority of observed Lyα emission lines from starburst galaxies show singly-peaked asymmetric profiles. We also find that the second and higher peaks at the red part of Lyα can be eliminated if dust grains existed in the ionized bubble, as well as within the the neutral supershell. We applied these results to the Lyα profile of ES1, a starburst galaxy at z=5.19, to obtain the kinematic information, the dust abundance, the mass of central cluster and so on.
