We present the results of photometric observations (VBLUW) of RZ Oph, made during a 2-month interval centered on primary eclipse. The brightness of RZ Oph gradually decreases before, and increases after the eclipse of the primary star, indicating the presence of an accretion disk. From the duration of the disk eclipse we estimate that the radius of the disk is ≳80% of that of the primary Roche lobe. The asymmetry of the light curve at ingress and egress of the disk eclipse suggests that the disk contains a bright region trailing the orbital motion, reminiscent of the hot spots observed in cataclysmic variables.
