The properties of quasi-linear differential systems are used to construct periodic orbits in a fixed frame for the elliptical spatial restricted three-body problem. This system is studied in the vicinity of the orbits of nonperiodic comets. Several numerical investigations are made, the sun and Jupiter being the two primaries. Some periodic solutions are found which correspond to very highly eccentric orbits orthogonal to the orbital plane of the disturbing body. Others are in resonance with Jupiter.
