The structure in the warm ISM and the Galactic magnetic field can be probed with Rotation Measures (RM) obtained with multi-frequency radio polarimetry of the Galactic synchrotron background. We present structure function (SF) analysis of the RM structure in a 28 square degree region around (l,b)=(329°,1.5°), which reveals an anisotropy in the structure on large scales while the SF is very shallow on smaller scales. Similar behavior is seen in Hα emission. The anisotropy is most readily explained by a large-scale gradient or filament, while the SF slope may indicate a typical outer scale of structure of ˜ 1 pc in the local spiral arm.
