Light Curves: Stellar Flares

Scientific paper

Light curves of two short-lived flare events of EV Lac are presented. The observations were obtained using the high-speed two-channel photometer with time resolution of 0.5 s in U and V bands simultaneously. A remarkable fact is noted, i.e., the flare events in U band (about -1m2) are accompanied by dips in V band (+0m05) at the same rate. Durations of the events are 35 and 10 s.
