We propose to continue our redshift survey of 151 objectively selected galaxy clusters with estimated redshifts near z=0.5 in order to measure their clustering properties and thus constrain models of the formation of structure in the universe. This is the first redshift survey to probe cluster correlations on scales of ~ 40h^- 1 Mpc at these distances and will thus provide an original and important constraint on the evolution of large-scale structure. The cluster sample has been generated from our deep (I_AB ≤ 24), contiguous 16 deg^2 I-band survey performed at the KPNO 4m. The proposed observations distinguish themselves from other ongoing distant cluster redshift work in that this survey will be able to provide meaningful constraints on the large-scale spatial distribution of moderate redshift clusters owing to the relatively large angular area and contiguous geometry of the parent survey. Interim projects which can be accomplished during the course of the proposed survey include homogeneous studies of intermediate z brightest cluster galaxies, cluster profiles, the space densities of clusters and superclusters, and cross-correlations with existing VLA radio (20 cm) data. Although bad weather hampered the start of the project (2 usable nights out of 8 allocated nights), we have observed 15 clusters and obtained accurate redshifts for 11.
