Preliminary CM data at UBV wavelengths is presented for the Fornax and Sersic 129-1 clusters and compared with existing data for Virgo. The colors and magnitudes are corrected for aperture effect, color-aperture relations and growth curve for E, K-effect, and galactic reddening. The CM relations for E and S0 galaxies, the intrinsic scatter in the CM relations, and the relative distance moduli are discussed. It is found that the slope and intrinsic scatter are the same within the errors in each of the three clusters. At constant absolute magnitude, the colors of E and S0 galaxies are the same within the clusters. For Fornax cluster ellipticals, intrinsic scatter weakly correlates with flattening. The new distance modulus for Fornax relative to Virgo agrees with previous determinations but the one for Sersic 129-1 does not.
