Preliminary results of a new photographic method for the measurement of
the visual double stars are given. This method, applied to four visual
binaries, gives the parameters rho, theta, Delta-m deduced from the
measurements taken on two pairs of trails, obtained by photographic
observations using the slow motions of the telescope.
