The authors give the results of spectral, photometric and polarimetric observations of HD 200775 in September - October 1985. It is shown that there are variations of the Hα and Hβ emission lines and of the Balmer limit short wavelength range, and of the parameters of intrinsic linear polarization p and θ with a characteristic time τ of about some days. Variations of the Hα and Hβ profiles and intensities with τ less than one hour were found. The features of the observed variations are discussed and their possible interpretation is proposed.
