Rate coefficients are calculated for the formation of O II lines by recombination. Photoionization data from the Opacity Project are used to calculate recombination coefficients for principal quantum numbers, n less than or = 10, including radiative and dielectronic recombination. Cascading from higher states is included, allowing for the effects of finite electron density in a hydrogenic approximation.
