The ESO Large Program is an international collaboration that aims at studying the physical properties of icy minor bodies from the outer solar system. We present here the last results from the infrared photometry of Kuiper Belt Objects (KBOs) and Centaurs. Infrared observations were performed at the ESO/8m-Very Large Telescope (Cerro Paranal, Chile) with the ISAAC instrument through the J, H, K broadband filters. We provide new infrared (JHK) colors for 13 objects. We also present a database that encompasses visible-infrared (V-J) and infrared (J,H,K) colors for a total of 48 objects available in the literature. In this sample of 48 objects, we looked for correlations between visible and infrared colors, and correlations between colors and physical parameters (orbits eccentricity, inclination, semi-major axis, perihelion distance, etc). In another hand, Peixinho et al. (2003) found a statistically significant bimodal structure in the visible (B-R) color distribution of Centaurs. We tested with two tools (dip test, Kolmogorov-Smirnoff test) if the infrared colors distribution also display any bimodal structure. The different results will be presented and discussed.
