The development status of a triple beam 350 GHz linear array is presented. Integrated antennas and local oscillator distribution in waveguide technology and superconducting (SIS) mixer mixed elements, are used. This configuration serves as a prototype for a four beam 460-490 GHz array. Technology considerations are given with regard to implementing arrays with more elements and necessary instrumental developments are addressed in the context of a multibeam receiver for a newly built (sub)mm radio telescope.
